The process of candy making

First, we heat sugar and sugar syrup slowly.We receive caramel texture which is an ideal substance for the perfect caramel.

When the caramel substance is ready, it is poured on the cold table. The candy-maker adds natural fruit extracts for the flavor and fragrance.

In order for the caramel substance to be light and airy, our candy-makers add air bubbles which make it even tastier.

Then the caramel substance is poured on a hot table, a bit of magic is added, rolled in a tube, pulled out and cut into slices or pieces.

The candy-makers make figured lollipops and other candy masterpieces which make our manufactory.
